Got a email from Waterman today. I'll be heading back in a couple of weeks as Master of the Maersk Arkansas. My first skippers job in the unlimited slot.

Hey, the "Little School by the Sea" probably has more grads sailing than Kings Point. I guess I shouldn't be too criticle on KP, after all, Cap went there.

Good point Matt. Hope to see you upgrade soon so we can sail together again, only this time in the big sandbox. It's a tough run, but we have a easygoing ship and crew.

Fellas, I think we may be reaching critical mass here: How many of us Tabor alums are actively sailing US Flagged Vessels? This activity speaks well for our little "School by the Sea", and it might remind us of our often forgotten affiliation as a US Naval Honor High School. Congrats to All! Matt

Thanks, I was told by the current Captain that because I really didn't jump at the the chance, it made me a good candidate. Translation= you have to be crazy to want to be captain these days.

Wow! Fantastic and congratulations!

With Jimmy Walker as the master of the Maersk Rhode Island and now you on the Maersk Arkansas Tabor Boy alums are well represented in the Maersk fleet!

Here's the pointy end of your new baby. Let's keep it that way! ;-)
