Many thanks, Cocie.  Yes, the work on the vessel is on-going upkeep as well as refit and modernization of machinery and navigation equipment.  You're right - we definitely don't want to fall behind in the upkeep!  We'll be devoting time and funds toward both again this winter at the shipyard.  We've had some great sails this fall - had her up to 10.5 kts. out on the bay yesterday.  I hope all is well and that you have an opportunity to sail with us again soon.
